No-Bake Snickerdoodle Cappuccino Dessert – Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 whole cinnamon graham crackers
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-brewed Inbru Snickerdoodle coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 2-1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup fresh-brewed Inbru Snickerdoodle coffee, cooled
  • 8 cups sweetened whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  1. Arrange half the crackers in a greased 13×9-inch dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, pudding mix, brewed coffee, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and remaining coffee. Fold in half the whipped cream.
  3. Spread half the mixture over crackers. Repeat layers.
  4. Top with remaining whipped cream. Chill at least eight hours. Sprinkle with chocolate and remaining cinnamon before serving.
